These Terms and Conditions set forth guidelines for the use of Carefree Pet’s website and its services by pet owners and other users of the Carefree Pet Services (each, a “Client”). The guidelines and restrictions in this Terms and Conditions of the Carefree Pet Service by a Client shall apply equally to the Client’s proxy representative and any other person or entity that is provided access to the Carefree Pet Services directly or indirectly by the Client (“Users”). The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Use of Carefree Pet constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which take effect on the date on which you first use our Website and Service. By accessing, and/ or using this website and the Service available through this Website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this service and therefore should cease using our Website and services immediately.
Payment of your membership fee is made by the billing source you provided in accordance with the payment terms to which you agreed. Carefree Pet reserves the right to increase or decrease the fee for the membership term, effective upon renewal of your membership. Membership is not transferable.
You may cancel your Carefree Pet or Carefree Pet Plus membership at any time by calling Carefree Pet Customer Service or emailing us at carefreepet@pinpaws.com. Your membership will automatically expire the day following receipt of your request.
Carefree Pet Plus with Pet Insurance Cancellation, Renewal and Non-Renewal
If You are not satisfied for any reason, You may return this Policy to Us within 30 days from the Policy Effective Date and this Policy will be void from the beginning. If You have not submitted any claims prior to the date You return the Policy, We will refund the premium You paid.
This Policy is valid for the Policy Period, beginning on the Effective Date, after which it will automatically be renewed for another year, unless We have provided notice to You that We are not renewing this Policy as explained below or the Policy has been canceled by You or by Us.
You may cancel this Policy at any time. To cancel the Policy, You must notify Us in Writing that You wish to cancel the Policy, in which case the Policy will end at the last day of the month We receive Your notice or the date requested in Your notice if later.
If We choose to cancel or not renew Your Policy, We will notify You in writing at least 30 days prior to the date the Policy will end.
After this Policy is in effect for more than 60 days, or if this is a renewal of a Prior Policy, We may only cancel for one or more of the following reasons:
Any cancellation will be effective for all coverage for all persons and all Pets. If this Policy is canceled, coverage will no longer be provided as of the effective date of the cancellation shown on the notice of cancellation.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us in writing to carefreepet@pinpaws.com.
Carefree Pet takes no responsibility for any Client or User content created, accessible or delivered on or through the Service. We do not monitor or exercise any editorial control over such content. The Client is solely responsible for (i) any content stored, published or made available through our Website and Service by Client and its Users and (ii) compliance with all laws applicable to the publication and distribution of such content. Client shall be solely responsible for maintaining a copy of its content.
We are not responsible for the availability or content of any third party websites or material you access through this service. If you decide to visit any linked site, you do so at your own risk. Carefree Pet does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, services or information on or available from third party websites or material.
